Fee Processing Policy Fees are processed using the card on file prior to your session, typically first thing in the morning on the day of your session. If payment cannot be processed at that time, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. Payments are accepted using the Visa, Mastercard, or American Express on file. ACC does not accept direct billing, cash, cheques, e-transfers, debit cards, Visa or Mastercard gift cards, or Visa Debit cards.
